This Luxury Home is located in the middle of Marathon on the Gulf Side. Quick access to the Atlantic Ocean through the Vaca Cut or 7 Mile Bridge which is only 3.5 miles in either direction.

Easy access to home by water and is located on a 10-foot deepwater canal complete with a 75ft Dock including over 20 cleats making docking multiple boats a breeze.

Included for the fishermen is a 20 cubic ft freezer, Ice Machine, Fishing Rod Racks on the Dock, Fish Cleaning Station and Pressure Washer.

On the dock an array of Ambient Lighting makes Night Time Fishing and Entertaining Spectacular!

This Beautiful home was constructed in 2019 and boasts 4 Master Bedrooms and for convenience and privacy each having their own private bathroom with walk in shower.

On the 1st floor there is a Heated Swimming Pool and a1000 sqft of covered Entertaining area consisting of a Huge Bar B Que Island, Sink and 22 CuFt Refrigerator. Relax on the adjacent Super Comfortable Sectional Sofa facing a 75 inch flat screen TV making sports and movies a extraordinary experience!

Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen good for all your cooking and baking needs. Coffeeholics will appreciate the 14 cup drip coffee maker, Keurig, Nespresso and Milk Frother machine. There are many other small appliances including a GE Opal Nugget Ice Maker.

A special place to dine is on the 2nd floor balcony. Its large bar height square table for 8 overlooks the pool, dock and canal.

Take a nightcap under the stars or fall asleep and wake to the glorious sunrise view.

2. Exploring the diverse shoreline with the standup board keeping a sharp lookout for nurse sharks, rays, turtles and fish.
3. At low tide, strolling on the sandbar with its myriad of birds. It’s a short distance from shore on a spongy bottom.
4. Bird watching is special. You'll see flocks of ibis, majestic white egrets, pelicans, ospreys, turkey vultures,and wide winged frigates to name a few. If you're lucky, our pair of bald eagles will stop by, or the rare reddish egret will dance at low tide.
5. Sun tanning poolside.
6. Challenging each other to a game of corn hole toss.
7. Some guests even catch fish from the kayaks or dock..
8. Chilling under the stars with a glass of wine.

Despite what nature throws at us from time to time, be it a hurricane or the Ibis coming to the pool for a drink, Coastline Marine Extremes is the place to be! Whether you want to enjoy your morning coffee on the 2nd floor balcony over looking the canal or to relish sunrise or sunset over the Gulf, enjoy all the activities the ocean offers or bask in the warm afterglow of a spectacular sunset in the pool.

Pool Heat is an option at $200. per week. You must ask for it separately either before or during your stay. Pool heat is set to 88 degrees.

1. Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail for walking or biking is directly across Overseas Highway and accessible from Kyle Ave or Peachtree Ave.
2. Sunset Bay Park, Grassy Key, great sunsets!

4. Dolphin Research Center
5. Fishing charters
6. Snorkeling or scuba trips
7. Walk the 7 mile bridge
8. Visit Crane Hammock and get a pedicure from the fish.
9. Day trip to Key West along the picturesque overseas Highway

Other Useful information:
1. there are many great restaurants within a few miles, our favorite is Mahina's
2. Publix, Winn Dixie and Walgreens are within 2 miles.
3. Easy access to anywhere in the Keys since you're right on the only road, Overseas Highway, that is continuous throughout
4. Flocks of ibis may occasionally descend upon the pool for a drink; great for pictures, but they leave a mess. There is a hose. Sorry for their bad manners.
5. Pool service happens every Wednesday. Please understand that when you are on direct water frontage, at times of high wind, some leaf or sand may enter the pool. We provide a leaf skimmer if that happens.
