The house was situated in a new build area so not the prettiest of areas at the minute. But the house itself is amazing and is really very cool. But the reason for 1 star for us is that our booking was double booked resulting in only a one night stay instead of 2 nights which caused a whole lot of trouble. Vrbo were no help at all and left us high and dry having to sort the whole mess out ourselves. So for us it was a terrible experience. Such a shame.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience at our chalet. We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay! It's always wonderful to receive such positive feedback from our guests.
I would also like to take a moment to mention that your original booking was unfortunately canceled, but we were happy to support you by providing an alternative option for your one-night stay. We're glad we could still make your visit comfortable and memorable.
We truly appreciate your understanding, and we would love to welcome you back in the future.
