New Single Family Home 4 Bed / 2 Bed. This newly renovated and fully furnished house is immaculate. Located 2.5 blocks from beach. The rental is a spacious 4 bedrooms, (sleeps 7), 2 baths, floor plan including a family room, fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans ..). Private driveway. Pet Friendly. The unit has a private outdoor shower and deck private with gas grill and outdoor refrigerator.

There are full-sized washer and dryer for your use. Property is fully landscaped with sprinkler system and low voltage night lighting

Unit has 500 HD channel and a 1G WIFI service.

Unit comes with linens, towels, 4 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrellas and cart and an ice machine.

Only item shared with other unit is the entrance to the basement. We painstakingly designed the units to be separated.

Fabulous!

The property was super clean upon arrival. The owner provided every supply you would need - and some we didn’t even need! We really enjoyed our stay. And the location is perfect. Less than 3 blocks from the beach!

This modern beach house providing everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful amenities — from the well-equipped kitchen to the back patio and beach equipment — truly set this rental apart. We had a fantastic time and would certainly book this property again for future beach trips.

Great Family Stay

We stayed here for a week with our young family and had everything we would need plus some. Frank was very helpful and informative leading up to checkin and also made sure we were good during the stay. House is beautiful and in a great location to walk to Main Street or the beach. We loved sitting on the front porch and letting the kids play in the back deck as well. The nieighbors were also super friendly.

Really loved our stay in Belmar. The house was very clean, organized and inviting. We enjoyed taking out the kid wagon and walking down to the beach with our boys. The neighbors were friendly and it was nice meeting Frank for our walk through. Only thing missing was an indoor table, it was a little difficult eating with our boys because they were too young for the stools by the island. Aside from that, we enjoyed our accommodation and would definitely recommend the stay!
