Welcome to our inviting Brackendale home, where you can unwind and rejuvenate after your exciting Sea to Sky adventures. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, our spacious abode boasts a large backyard, providing the perfect oasis for relaxation.
This detached 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom property is ideal for two couples or a family seeking a cozy retreat.

Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful sleep. Additionally, the living room features a queen-size pullout couch for extra accommodation.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease, and the backyard offers a propane BBQ for outdoor cooking and dining.

Please note that the driveway and laundry room are shared spaces; however, your unit is entirely detached. You'll have parking space for 2 vehicles, one in the carport and another on the street.

We happily welcome pets, as the fenced-in yard provides a safe space for them and children to play freely.

This cozy retreat serves as an excellent launching pad for a variety of outdoor activities. Whether you're into hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, or simply seeking some après-adventure relaxation around a cozy fire, our home is ideally situated to meet your needs.

For those eager to explore the renowned Whistler Creekside, you'll be delighted to find that it's just a scenic 35-minute drive away, offering convenient gondola access to the breathtaking mountain peaks.

Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the convenience of being within walking distance to Fisherman's Park Beach, where you can immerse yourself in the tranquility of the waterside. Additionally, a multitude of MTB (mountain biking) trails are easily accessible from our location. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced rider, you'll find trails suited to your skill level. Explore trails such as Wonderland, Ray Peters, or venture further to discover more challenging routes near Alice Lake.

If you're looking to cool off or simply indulge in some lakeside beauty, Brohm and Cat Lake are just a short 7-10 minute drive away, offering picturesque vistas and a chance to reconnect with nature.

Additional Rules:

We ask that you treat the space as if it were your own.
-Quiet Hours 11:00 pm-7:00 am.
-No smoking indoors.
-Check-in is from 4:00 pm onwards and Check-Out time is by 11:00 am. Strict*
-Turn all lights off when you leave, including patio lights.
-Please leave the space as you found it!
-Check to see if there is a current fire ban. (Link in house manual provided) There is a propane fire pit provided for these times. Never leave the fire unattended and always extinguish or turn off the propane fully.
-Always clean up after your dog and dispose.
-Please bring your own beach towels. We provide bath and hand towels. Please let us know if you have a dog, we can provide extra dog towels.
-Please do not park on the right side of the driveway. This is reserved for our vehicle. Carport and left side are for vrbo guest parking.

This is a residential street with Noise Bylaws by the District of Squamish.
