Your balcony also overlooks the brick courtyard of the Esplanade, with its fountains, palm trees and colorful storefronts of upscale retailers, small specialty stores and an eclectic mix of restaurants (CJ’s On The Bay, Mango’s Dockside Bistro, Deep Lagoon Seafood and Oyster House, and Cold Stone Creamery).

The beautifully decorated interior is painted by natural light through the arched walls of the balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the living room. The second master suite gives you sliding door access to your own private balcony and contains an en suite bathroom.
