Don't stay here!

Management company was useless, scheduled an open house because they were selling the house. Realtors and prospective buyers all weekend. Washer did not work. Elk Mountain Management did nothing to coompensate for their errors, etc. Would not recommend anyone use this Management company for any purpose. They offered a $75 voucher for one of their other properties, what a joke!

Filthy, unprepared for guests and poor communication.

We would not recommend staying at any Elk Ridge Property. Our group (4 adults and 5 kids) found the property to be filthy, in poor condition overall and the property group unreachable - in a plumbing emergency. There was garbage overflowing in the outside bin, a pile of garbage in the garage, garbage behind the couch, dog poop and cigarette butts in the backyard. Kitchen was the worst- dishes in cupboards dirty, fridge gross, counters sticky and dirty. All linens, chairs/couches stained. Washer smelled of mildew- the door full of slimey goo. The plumbing issues were our breaking point. The kitchen sink backed and water started pouring out of the dishwasher -not running at the time. Elk ridge Property did not respond to our emails or multiple calls to their emergency line. We called VRBO and only then did they respond via VRBO chat. We had an completely unsuable sink in the kitchen for 4 days. We had a terrible stay that would have been made better with basic cleanliness of the property and prompt response to an emergency on site. It was a price gouge for poor accommodations and ever poorer customer service and especially during the holidays. 0/10
