Poorly managed, ill repair house in storey lake
Paid for pool heat and grill. Heat was completely ineffective the first night of the stay (they refunded).
It was only partially effective the rest of the stay. Ranging from hot to cold in the hot tub and the pool for the duration of the stay.
Every wall in this house is bruised and scuffed. Many areas have entire holes in the wall exposed and NOT REPAIRED. Previous guests clearly punched holes in the wall, and they didn't repair before we showed up.
Holes unrepaired next to toilet paper holders in bathrooms, spiders and roaches in multiple rooms throughout the house.
Fancy colored cube seats not charged and no cables given or instructions to charge them. So that part of the advertisement is completely misleading.
Grill that we paid extra for was scrapped together and rigged with wrapped tin toil.
On Sunday during our last day/night they had a pool cleaner show up and kick us out of our pool while we were still paying to stay there.
Pool didn't even look cleaner after they left
Pool from start to finish was completely full of dead gnats.
Multiple guests in the twin bed rooms complained of almost unsleepable mattresses.
