OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The studio is completely private with its own separate entrance. However, please note that the patio and pool area are shared with neighboring units.

There is a grill out back that we'd love for everyone to enjoy. We'd just ask you to make sure to keep the grill away from the fence so it doesn't melt!

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains (as it so often does in FL), there may be some debris that ends up in the pool.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
