Very friendly staff, clean facility, enjoyed having a kitchen to warm up leftovers for dinner… the pool looked nice, didn’t have a chance to try it out due to chilly, rainy weather. Breakfast is very good - hot foods are tasty. Nice variety with great hot coffee. Will stay there again!

Affordable

Located in a nice neighborhood. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. The refrigerator didn’t work but the freezer did. The room needed minor repairs like the tub drained slow and there was a large water spot on the ceiling but no leaks. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. We would stay again as the price was very affordable.

Extra linens for sofa bed pull out were bagged in a closet and unwashed/stained with a note (maybe from a previous guest?) Not to use. Woke up to a roach crawing above my head on the ceiling. I didnt think to take pics of the dirty bedding, but did the roach/bug. When I told the girl at the desk she apologized, but I was grossed out and just checked out.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our brief stay in Brentwood and would definitely go back. It was clean and organized well. I liked the bathroom arrangement. The shower and toilet divided by a door from the sink and counters. It was close to our meeting. There was a wait at check-in due to a computer glitch and it was stairs to second floor, but these were minor inconveniences. We had no communication with the property manager, so I shouldn’t have to rate that!

Save your money

This is not a VRBO. This is an extended stay hotel from the mid 80s that hasn’t been renovated cleaned or kept up with. It is within 1 mile of several very nice reputable hotels and suites for a fraction of the cost. This is a gimmick where an extended stay hotel is renting out its rooms on VRBO because most people wouldn’t want to stay here if they looked it up as a hotel I would never advise anyone to ever stay here

I booked Sonesta ES Suites in Brentwood, TN through Vrbo for one guest and one pet from September 13–14, 2025. The room itself met expectations; however, my experience with the staff was concerning. While I was out, I was contacted regarding my dog barking. Staff stated that I had violated the pet policy by leaving my dog unattended. According to the written policy I signed, pets may be left unattended if secured, restrained, and appropriately crated or caged, which I followed.Although I was willing to leave voluntarily to avoid further conflict, staff escalated the situation by threatening police involvement. They informed me I could depart but could not be formally checked out until their audit was completed around 2 AM. When I requested written confirmation or a receipt of my check-out time, staff refused to provide it.Guests should expect clear communication, professional handling of concerns, and basic documentation at checkout. I hope management reviews how such situations are addressed to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.
