Love tailgating but don't love the crowds? Our newly renovated in-law suite is perfect for you! Our place is located in a quiet neighborhood, has plenty of off street parking, and is an easy 7 minute drive or a 30 minute walk (with our shortcut) to the stadium.

Open the sliding doors to the big back deck, throw some burgers on the Blackstone, and tune the 85" TV to the pregame show - you'll be so comfortable, you may not leave!

Clean, comfortable and great location

The owners were very kind and helpful, even helped make sure I had items I needed to cook my daughter a home-cooked meal while we were visiting. It was perfect for our trip and we are already looking to book again when we return to Happy Valley!

Fantastic- Would definitely book again!

Kirk and Kiersten were amazing! We would love to stay here again! Everything was perfect about this location. The location was perfect for the football game and just being close to campus in general. It comfortably fit our group and was very spacious. The hosts were so helpful with checking in and when we had a question about the place late at night, they answered immediately! If you’re in town visiting PSU for any reason, this is the place to stay. Great deal!
