Welcome to our newly renovated home located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! Our stylish and modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is the perfect oasis for your stay.

Step inside and be greeted by a beautifully designed living space, complete with comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light. The living room features a cozy seating area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

The fully stocked kitchen is a dream for any culinary enthusiast, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and a Nespresso machine. You'll have everything you need to whip up a delicious meal or enjoy your morning coffee.

Traveling with little ones? No problem! We provide a pack and play and high chair for your convenience.
Pets are allowed for $125 per stay!

Bedroom 2 is equipped with two queen beds, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The Living Room also has a full size pull out sofa

Both bedrooms also have full-length mirrors, allowing you to get ready for the day or night out in style.

We can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, making our Airbnb perfect for families or small groups.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house minus the 2 locked owner's closets

Absolutely no parties per the city of Fort Lauderdale- Grounds for termination and no refund will be given
No weapons or firearms are allowed on the property
Please note there is one exterior facing security camera at the front door and one facing the driveway

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
