Close to the university city area , it is on the top of the apartment building with open floor , plenty of space if like to cook , close to rocky statue and steps , all the museums, center city is very close

Location Not So Great

The apartment itself is fine but the neighborhood is kinda scretchy. I felt reasonably safe but there were lots of kids roaming around cussing and I saw a fight take place. Parking is hard to find after 5:00 pm. The washer was not hooked up so we had to call for a guy to come hook it up. He came right away but why not have it ready? I will not stay here again. Will stay in a suburb when I go visit my son. It’s West Philly and just too difficult to get in and out.

It was ok

The first night we stayed at this property the people either below us or 1st floor partied until 3-4 in the morning. People on second floor was smoking pot and the smell was up on the third floor. It was ok but I did not feel safe at all.
