The basics and nothing more

Booked this stay because I just needed a reliable cheap spot to sleep at. One of the other draws for me was the gym feature. It had a “gym” consisting of 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and several kettlebells. I was disappointed but it is after all just an apartment building near a university so I wasn’t expecting much to begin with. The biggest downside for me was the lack of communication following the booking. Very fast responses when I was still looking, and then once they made the sale, nobody answered any of my follow up questions. Figures. Overall, since I ended up staying and figuring out what I needed to, I would book it again because it was cheap and convenient, but if you aren’t sure about any of the features get your answers before you book because you’ll be on your own after that.

Nice room, great location.

Nice room, great location. Although there is no dedicated parking, and the instructions, recommend spot hero, we were able to get street parking right in front of the building, so all worked out great

Just perfect

Clean, comfortable, everything in order, every detail, very easy check in, a lot of parking space on a street directly in front of the hotel, the only bothering thing outside the hotel was the garbage scattered everywhere and not being picked up during the weekend , and only thing inside made me concerned was the bathroom with out any crab bars on a wall, because it can be slipped while showering. All the rest were just perfect, dear hosts, thanks for your job and commitment.
