We are Roi and Depi. We live and work in CA and UT and have homes in both states. We are parents to two boys, but are empty nesters. Right now we are finding we need to be in CA more and are offering our wonderful UT Lakeview home for rent.

What makes this property unique
Three-levels with a balcony/patio on each level. Gorgeous views from all levels. Modern, cozy furniture, a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances you need to cook amazing meals. The bottom floor is actually the basement, but you wouldn’t know it. It’s full of light and a one-bed, bath suite. TVs in bedrooms and 2 main living areas. Loads of nearby dining, shopping, and sight-seeing options.
