The place is very nice but I would not recommend for a long stay. There are various reasons for me to say this but let’s keep it short. The shower head pressure is terrible, the heater cannot be adjusted and last but not least, there’s a Hair Salon below the apartment. Whenever the salon is open, the whole apartment stinks of acrylic fume which can give you a bad headache and make you feel dizzy. I completely understand the owner can’t probably do much about the salon situation (which he ignored completely when I mentioned it to him) but when I asked him to adjust the temperature his solution was for me to crack a window (which I could only find 2 in the whole apartment that stayed open) and when I notified him about the water pressure situation, he said he would replace the shower head but never did.
