Country feel within driving distance of MSU; on Hwy 45 Alt heading to the beach
Come experience serenity in the country but within 25 minutes of most anything you need. Take it easy at this beautiful and tranquil getaway. You'll love the peaceful scenery and little traffic noise. You may be able to get in on a little airplane action! This relaxing stay is right beside a grass airstrip. My husband loves to give rides as he can.
This property is unique in that it has a train track that runs right on the edge of our property. Tony, a conductor, is a personal friend and he always blows the whistle when he is on duty.
Just 3 miles down the road is the Ole Country Bakery, well-known for miles around! Our favorite breakfast is the Quinten Biscuit, named after my dear husband!

Why they chose this property
A mile-long lane will be your first thrilling experience. Lush Cypress trees line part of the drive and you'll get a view of the train track and the grass airstrip. Our oldest son loves a striped yard and he works very hard to keep it nice although he works full days on the farm and homeschools in the cracks.
You'll have a beautiful view of some of our crop fields, shady trees, and airplanes.
This neighborhood is peaceful. You'll love it!
