A Beach Break - if you enjoy the amenities of vacationing in a gated community on our top rated beach, but would also like more space and privacy than most townhomes on the Cape offer, then 'A Beach Break' may just be what you're looking for.

Located in the gated townhome community of Seacliffs near the entrance to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, 'A Beach Break' overlooks the community pool and swing set and has lovely gulf views from our second-floor balcony and third-floor screened porch (see photos).

A three-story, quiet end unit with 1560+ square feet of living space, our amenities include 2 master bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed) with large closets, a bunk-bed nook that’s perfect for the younger set, and a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa (with a deluxe 8-inch mattress) in the living room area.

The 2½ bath unit features a 'sea glass' color theme with sea life prints and accessories for a comfortable, relaxed feeling. The spacious eat-in kitchen provides seating for six at the table plus seating for four more at the bar.

Our award-winning sugar sand beaches are just a 90-second walk away over the community walkway. The nearby St. Joseph Peninsula State Park was rated America's Best Beach in 2002 by Dr. Stephen P. Leatherman, otherwise known as Dr. Beach. The Cape has also been rated the #1 Dog-Friendly Beach in the USA in 2013 by PetVR. We accept two small dogs or one medium-sized dog for an additional pet fee.

After years of vacationing as both renters and owners, we know how important a properly maintained, nicely furnished and well-stocked vacation home is to your overall enjoyment. 'A Beach Break was a fantastic place. We had plenty of room with 8 people and 1 dog. The access to the beach was less than a minute walk and the unit had plenty of beach gear that we were able to use. I had brought our own chairs and beach equipment and never even used them! The kitchen was perfect with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and even spices (I brought my own; but the unit has a pretty good supply). We enjoyed relaxing at the beach during the day, taking evening walks with the beautiful sunset, shelling, seeing crabs, chasing the ghost crabs and we even had a beach fire on our last night! I would definitely recommend your place and look forward to coming again next year!!'

Great location!

Location was amazing! It’s a very quiet calm neighborhood with very nice size pool, perfect for my kids to enjoy! Inside the unit was a bit run down and well used. Overall we spent most of our time on the beach which is always pristine.

A Beach Break

Loved our stay at Cape San Blas this year. We have been going for 5 years now to the area and have been at Sea Cliffs the last two. A Beach Break was a perfect spot located close to the pool and beach. Everything was clean and full of everything we needed! Coastal Joes was wonderful to book through! We look forward to going back next year and would recommend A Beach Break highly!

The condo is spacious, more so than the pics show. It was clean and well stocked for all the basic needs. Communication was excellent which was important for our circumstances. Close to the pool and beach plus we really appreciated the beach accessories, which kept us from having to haul it traveling. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

This was our first visit to Cape San Blas. Everything we could possibly need was in the unit. I have spent a lot more for a lot less at other rental places. The beds and furniture were comfortable. It was great that we could bring our dogs. The pool was clean and often empty. The beaches were amazing. We can't wait to come back.

A Beach Break

My husband, my mom, myself and 2 small dogs all needed this beach break! The condo was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach gear. The screened balconies were a welcomed break from mosquitoes and flies. Just a short, well paved path to the beautiful beach and swimming pool. The gas grill was great for cooking out steaks and burgers. Coastal Joe Realty and the owners were easy to work with, and really cared about us during our stay. We all look forward to staying here again!

Second stay at this condo. We absolutely LOVE this place & love the Cape. My mom & I stayed with my two kids & Boston Terriers. We felt so safe here in this gated community. My 8 year old daughter could play on the swing set outset our balcony & we could see her playing with other kids & not worry one but! The pool was clean & nice. There was a super nice grill to use. My Mom wanted to book next spring break before we even left. We love this place. So much fun. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip & the best memories.

Short Break

We needed a place on short notice that was on the Cape near our property under development and this place suited our needs perfectly. Nice property in a great location with the right amenities without being overboard. Affordable and reasonably priced for the location. The floors could have been cleaner as both our feet and socks seemed to change colors by merely walking across the room. But otherwise, I would recommend this condo again and will keep it on our priority list for when we have friends or guests visiting the area.

Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay. Spoke with the owner and he showed great concern about us as a tropical storm hit the area during our stay. The property is clean and comfy. The only complaint would be the internet. Couldn’t watch any streaming services or play games because the speed was weak. Other then that, we highly recommend to anyone looking for a great property to rent, this is the one.

We love CSB! We have stayed at the Sea Cliffs before. Our unit was WELL stocked with everything we could possibly need! However it had not been cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. Lots of sand in our sheets and stains on mattress pad on sofa. Dishes in cabinets were put away dirty. We had a handyman there for 3 days working in a bathroom while we were there. It was a little inconvenient because it rained most of our stay which meant he was with us in the unit while working. We love this place but don’t think I would choose this particular unit again.

Always the Perfect Vacation

We've been staying at A Beach Break on and off for the past 12 yrs and we love it. Dave always stays in touch with us leading up to our trip and updates us on any pertinent information that we may need. The unit is always furnished with the right amount of beach toys/gear, kitchen equipment/utensils, games/ dvds and extra linens. We love it there and truly appreciate getting to spend our vacation at A Beach Break.

My family of 4 (Easton 6, and Ellie 3) had a great 2 week stay at A Beach Break. The unit comes with everything you need for an extended stay. During our 2 week stay we made every meal in the well stocked kitchen, only eating out 1 time, and sat as a family on the screened porch to eat every meal. The screened porch is a great asset! The beds are extremely comfortable, the view is great, the location is perfect. We have stayed in other areas on the Cape in the past and knew immediately A Beach Break is where we will now always come back to.

We had a lovely time at "A Beach Break" last week.

This home is stocked with everything that you will need for a fabulous vacation. All kinds of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, floats, etc. have been shared by the owner. The complex is well appointed and cared for. The views are lovely. The sands and shells and water are incomparable to any other beach in the world.

Having stayed at this property previously, I knew what to expect. However, the redecoration made for a pleasant beach side stay. Decorator inspired room colors complemented the new living room sofas, chair and ottoman. One sofa, a queen sleeper. New comforters and pillow shams on all of the beds. Sufficient bedding and towels.Extra blankets available( and we needed them in December). The kitchen was adequately furnished with enough cookware, china, cutlery to satisfy Rachel Ray. Great laundry equipment! We wanted to steal them and replace ours at home. We even investigate screenedd Speed Queen dealers in our area . Another real plus is the south-facing screened deck off the living room. You can see BOTH sunrises and sunsets. The colors are fantastic. Make sure you bring your camera. Oh, just as an aside, we have noticed a marked improvement in the public water quality. It no longer tastes strange.. We have been staying at different locations on Cape San Blas for eleven years and we have experienced a lot of different "beach furniture." All of the chairs and toys for the beach are in great condition. The deck furniture is also in great condition. You don't have to be afraid to sit on any of the chairs Having stayed for a month we got really familiar with this property. It doesn't have those rental quirks and has all the provisions of home. Finally, the owner, Dave Cornish, is very responsive, communicative and helpful. Enjoy your stay, it is well worth it(if we haven't booked the date already).

25 years later.....

I am so glad we chose CSB and A Beach Break for our spring vacation. Other than having more homes, the cape hasn't changed much from the last time we visited. It's still quiet, a bit remote, and extremely relaxing. Dave's townhome is perfect, with everything we could possibly need, and SeaCliffs is peaceful and located conveniently close to the state park. I'm hoping that we can return for a visit later this year, and am already looking forward to it. Thanks, Dave!!!
