crowded room

The house was obviously remodeled by the owner to have many more rooms than it was originally built with. The rooms were very crowded and the flooring was poorly done. The original bathroom was divided into a tiny 3/4 bath and an even tinier half bath, with a step in the floor to accommodate the plumbing for the toilet. The floors were dirty and the walls were amateurishly built. All that said; the owner was friendly and pleasant, the daily rate was cheap, and the location was convenient. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier (leave the keys on a hook and lock the door on your way out). For a short stay or over a weekend it is tolerable if you are on a tight budget. Otherwise, I wouldn't stay there again.
