quiet and easy to get everything and some warm weather needed for immune system or arthritis good to get warm and swim , and my AC works great when needed, have all four seasons. (but no snow)

What makes this property unique

Asian flavor and my sister passed and I took it on and she spent her life fixing it up and was a color decorator. Enjoy convenience, peace and quiet and beauty.
