IMPORTANT: While our home is listed as four bedrooms, there's a substantial 800 sq.ft apartment downstairs for larger groups. It includes a fifth bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom, kitchenette, and laundry. This space is inside the home. For smaller groups, we offer four spacious upstairs bedrooms, two separate living areas with comfortable sofa beds, and a Queen aerobed.

Conveniently located near all wine country attractions, we're also within walking distance of upscale shopping and dining at Montgomery Village, three charming breakfast spots, Montecito Heights Health and Racquet Club and Studios (with day use available), as well as Safeway and CVS for your convenience.
Getting Around:
We offer ample on-site parking with space on our long driveway and in the garage, but please note there's a strict limit of FIVE CARS at our property. Kindly avoid parking on our narrow street. For your convenience, Uber, Lyft, and various private services are readily available, ensuring you can explore wineries without the need for driving.

Please note that local inquiries are required before booking, and the minimum age for booking is 25 years. Parties and events are not permitted, and full identity verification is necessary.
Kindly adhere to Santa Rosa's Short-term Rental Urgency Ordinance, which prioritizes community well-being with the following guidelines:
Overnight occupancy capped at 10 guests.
Daytime guest limit (8 am - 9 pm) set at 5.
Provision of 4 dedicated on-site parking spaces, supplemented by on-street availability.
Respect for quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am, fostering a serene environment.
Prohibition of outdoor amplified sound, ensuring neighborhood tranquility.

City citations for infractions such as parking and noise will be forwarded to guests.
