Mediocre

The location is great. The house needed new carpet in the master bedroom.(dirty& spots). The mattress needed to be replaced. Island & dinning chairs were so wobbly we were afraid to sit on them. The lanai was dirty and the lanai frame was all moldy and green. We called the owner and he did sent someone over to pressure wash the lanai. Then we had to wait three or four days before the pool person came out to clean the pool. The reclining sofa was very hard to get out of once you reclined. The first week there we couldn’t swim, The table on the lanai was dirty. Paint was coming off the chairs. All the other chair outside were nice. We expect the owner to offer us a discount for the delay in use of the lanai . This property was not worth what we paid for it., I wouldn’t recommend it and I would never go back .
