Studio apartment ranging from 28m² to 29m², featuring two single beds with bed linens, a wardrobe, a steam iron, a built-in sofa, a Smart TV, central air conditioning, a kitchenette (no stove), refrigerator, microwave, dining table, sink with cabinet, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, private bathroom with a shower, bath amenities, hairdryer, and bath linens.

House rules:
“It is not allowed to hang clothes or objects on the windows”
“The voltage of all apartments is 220v”
“Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am”
“All our rooms are non-smoking. Subject to a daily fine of BRL 400.00.”
“Garbage must be taken and placed in the basement of the building (-1) opposite the Xtay entrance, under the vehicle entrance/exit ramp”

Count on Xtay technology, download the Xtay application from the PlayStore or AppleStore to complete the check-in registration, then activate your bluetooth, click on the "Tap to Open" button and bring your device close to the building and apartment locks to open.

If it is not possible to activate your bluetooth, the access password provided by the application can be typed into the lock to open the door.

The parking is outsourced, costing R$ 20.00 per car per day through Safe Park. It is located in the building's underground area with an automatic gate. After obtaining the ticket at the gate, please proceed to the Atrium reception on the ground floor to make the payment at a TOTEM
