You are steps away from a relaxing getaway on peaceful Lake Clay. This is a fully equipped, two-bedroom, two-bathroom house. There are two living areas, two dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a partial kitchen, and a coffee bar. There are plenty of pantry items and cleaning supplies. There is also a washer and dryer located in the garage. Many amenities will be included for your enjoyment. The house is located on the lake with private dock and two boat houses. There is also a pool and patio with screen enclosure and a new gas BBQ grill. There is ample seating to enjoy the lakeside sunsets after a day of fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool.
The home has central A/C and multiple fans throughout the house. The bedrooms contain one king bed and one queen bed. One bathroom has a soaking tub. The other bathroom has a walk-in shower and handicap toilet if needed. There is cable TV in living room and one bedroom. TV in living room has Roku with access to Netflix, Hulu, and free WiFi.
Quick and easy access to convenience stores, Publix, small-town shopping, excellent restaurants, and 25 minutes from Sebring International Raceway.

Family Visit

We came to lake placid to visit family Home was immaculate and the best stocked home/VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Owners were so kind and let us stay another night since our flight home was cancelled. I highly recommend this listing and we’ll be back for another stay

Lakeside gem

We loved our stay. The house is adorable and the view is fantastic. Neighborhood is very quiet. House had everything we needed and much more. Beds were very comfortable and rooms had plenty of space for us. I highly recommend this place. We look forward to returning in the future!

Paradise in Florida

Had an excellent experience with this rental. Great communication. Wonderful property. Very clean and anything you would need right at your fingertips. Lovely pool, landscaping and lake views. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Loved all the birds singing. Counting the days till we can visit again. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us.

Lake Clay is a smaller lake located in Lake Placid, Florida. This area is peaceful and relaxing, a great place to sit on the patio and drink coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.

What makes this property unique

This home has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen size adjustable bed, and its bathroom has a walk-in shower and handicap toilet area if necessary. The other bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home. It has a King size bed, and its bathroom has a large soaking tub. There are two living areas, two dining areas, a full kitchen with every amenity available. There is also a partial kitchen area with an additional refrigerator, sink, microwave, and coffee bar area. There will be starter packs of coffee, sugar, creamers, and quick breakfast items to get you started on your day. The patio and pool areas are my favorite places to be!
