Getaway with Family

Great getaway with family who live near by. We decided to get the larger home just in case they decided to stay, the house was exactly as pictured. Pool not heated but was the perfect temp in hot days. Checkin & out was amazing. No complaints, Definitely would stay again!!

Great Property

This is our 2nd annual stay for our boys golf weekend. Comfortable and spacious. Just be sure to bring your own shower soap & shampoo.

The host was super kind and responsive.There were ants in the home and when I alerted the host, they said they would call an exterminator. No one ever came, probably because of the holiday, but there was no resolve. We found ants in the bathrooms as well as the kitchen.The shower curtains were on pressure rods, but would not stay up. They were on the floor when we arrived. There were minimal options for extra blankets and towels. The king bed sunk on one side.Overall, the home was not a bad stay, but there were definitely some things that could have helped make it more comfortable.

The house was just wonderful! As advertised, it was large, clean, welcoming and just what we needed for our family's vacation in Florida. Each adult child had their own room and the open concept layout meant the kitchen and living room area is where everyone hung out and spent time together. The pool was refreshing! 1000% would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spacious, very clean, and perfect for our group. The pool was wonderful, and overall the home made for a great getaway. There are a few minor repairs that could use attention, but nothing that took away from the experience.On our last night, the AC unfortunately stopped working around midnight and the house became quite warm. The local property contact was very responsive, even in the middle of the night, but wasn’t able to get service arranged until the following afternoon—which was after our checkout time. I completely understand that unexpected issues can happen, but I was hopeful to receive a partial refund for that last night given the circumstances. I’ve reached out a few times but haven’t yet heard back.Overall, it’s a lovely property with so much to offer, and I would happily stay again if the communication after checkout improves a bit

Family Wedding

The home was in great shape and very clean. It was spacious and great area around pool. Our only issue was we tried to extend our stay and ask a question but could not reach our contact person but finally called either vrbo or evolve and they got use hooked up. Could use few more utensils and cooking items. Grill worked great was very clean. Over all very nice and do again in heart beat, great place.

Wonderful getaway for our family reunion group.

This was a clean and comfortable place for the eight of us to sleep and visit. The manager or owner was notified that the bedroom doors needed oiling as they squeaked quite noisily in the middle of the night. Lol. The kitchen did need a few more dishes, cups, plates, etc. to have enough for eight people, but we made do with disposables. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would use them again.

The space was nicely equipped with furniture inside and out. The cleanliness upon arrival was ok. One area that could use some attention is the severe lack of cooking utensils, silverware and plates. For a home that can sleep 8, we found ourselves using disposables a lot, because there just wasn’t enough.
