Spend time sunning on the deck, swimming in the pool, or listening to the birds. Take a stroll down to Penticton's Farmer's Market, Okanagan Lake, the Public Library or Front Street to explore. Penticton has plenty to offer, come enjoy it with us!

The upstairs features an open concept living area, dining room and kitchen. This space was made for entertaining! All furnishings are new and comfortable. The kitchen has been fully supplied with modern appliances and features. The house is equipped with air conditioning.

The bedrooms are large and airy and decorated to maximize comfort. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, with it's own ensuite bathroom. The two other bedrooms have queen and double beds. There is a newly renovated bathroom just next to the bedrooms.
The last bathroom is located downstairs, and is very handy when heading out to enjoy the pool!

The house has been fully outfitted with all amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. We provide plenty of top quality linens, towels and kitchen amenities for your use.

The upper patio is equipped with a small propane BBQ, and a lovely patio set. In the backyard, lounge under the shaded patio area and bar with another large BBQ, the fully fenced private backyard with grass, or in the hammock and enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Lounge in the 'Lazy L' Pool, which is **heated from the end of May through to Thanksgiving**.

There is parking available for 2 cars in the driveway, free of charge, and free parking on the street.

Wineries - Take a self-guided Wine Tour north to Naramata or south to Oliver - you will discover dozens of excellent wineries along the way.
