Solid rental, close to UArk campus.

Overall, a good rental place. Short (5 to 8 min) drive to UArk campus in a quiet neighborhood. Newer amenities and recent renovations feels like. A few more minor touches would make it the perfect rental.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect spot for a weekend visit to Fayetteville! The neighborhood is quiet and just minutes from the University of Arkansas campus. This rental is clean and recently remodeled. The host was super accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay here again for future visits.

A lot of space

Very nice design and decorations created a comfortable stay. The 4 bedrooms along with the large couch this location can sleep a lot of guests. Close enough to town but not too close allowing you to relax in the evening. Will look for this location again on our next visit.

Very nice house!

Great large home that is in a quiet neighborhood away from the craziness of UArk campus but close enough to everything! Very clean and comfy with all of the amenities you need. Was just my husband and I this trip but would be great for a family or larger groups. Appreciated the great communication from hosts as well. Highly recommend!

Rocky start, but great ending!

We rented this property to have some time with family & friends in the area during a long road trip. It started off a bit rocky as there were a couple issues, but the owners were absolutely fantastic. They were very responsive & quick to rectify any problems we had. The property was easy to find & close enough to stores/restaurants I didn’t have to spend all my time driving for things. We recommend this property for families/friend groups, but I wouldn’t bring small children because of stairs, knickknacks, etc. it was perfect for our crew. We thoroughly enjoyed the record player, records, Bluetooth speaker, & guitar on site. The beds were comfortable, each had plenty of pillows, & the neighborhood was quiet during the night so we all got decent rest. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the owners were a delight, & we would recommend this property.
