This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home has an open floor plan conducive to family living. The kitchen and living area feature 2 double glass sliding doors providing endless views of the Mississippi Sound and Dauphin Island Bridge. The master suite features a queen size bed and includes an attached full bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both feature queen size beds and bunk beds accommodating 4 easily. They share a full bathroom located between the 2 rooms.
This peaceful beach home is located on the Mississippi Sound where the serene sound of water fowl, wave action, and childhood laughter combine with a view of the Dauphin Island Bridge, marvelous sunrises and spectacular sunsets to make this the perfect vacation destination for any family. Come relax on the deck overlooking the Sound or enjoy a nice walk on the beach while the children build sand castles, collect seashells, and splash in the water.
If the sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are calling your name take a short stroll across Bienville Blvd. to access the gulf water.

This has been our 4th stay at Nonnies place. Nonnies place will always be special to us. Like most families our is busy, our visit to Dauphin Island has always been a time to reconnect and catch up. Nonnies place is perfect, always feels like coming home.

First time staying on the island was a great experience.

Loved our location, watching the pelicans, dolphins and ships going by. Unfortunately we had a windy week (lots of storms north of us!) and couldn’t fish like we wanted. But we had a great time on the island. Owner was great to work with!!

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase this property when our grandchildren were born. Since its purchase, it has been used for family gatherings and a place to for Nonnie and I to leave the worries of the world behind us and spend time riding bikes, fishing, walking the beach, etc. with our family. the grandchildren are grown now and we thought others might enjoy doing the same.

What makes this property unique

The relative safety of the protected waters and the shallow depth directly in front of the house helped us choose the property. Perfect for family.
