The condo is completely remodeled with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The first bedroom has a King size bed, dresser, and extra large closet. The second bedroom has a full and twin-size bed, a sliding glass closet with a washer and dryer. The bathroom is all brand new with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all new appliances. All utilities are included in the rent (Power, Water, Cable, Internet). TVs in unit are smart TVs. Amazing views of the Bay and Pool from the balcony. Quiet community includes 2 pools, a clubhouse, a private beach area, and a dock.
