thanks for your re-view. The problem by this property was that the house was missing the pool cage and this was the reason for more dirt on the terrace and maybe in the pool
We enjoyed the pool area, the new screened lanai and the view of the canal. Especially appreciated that the house allow pets and their was plenty of furniture outside to relax by the pool. It has a good location near the park and boat ramp. Loved the canal location too. Thanks!

We are very happy that you have enjoyed your stay at Villa Coral Sunshine. The big terrace and the new screen with the picture window is a great plus.
Family of 4 enjoyed the house and location, easy boating access to Caloosahatchee river and the gulf, would rent this location again. If you are renting, ask them to turn pool heater on before you get there, it took 3 days to heat the pool up. We used the hot tub everyday and it was great.

So happy that we were able to return to the beautiful Coral Sunshine for a second time! Our last visit was in June of 2021, we had such a great time and the house met our every need for our family of 4 and Yorkie, that we decided to come back. This trip we even spotted some Manatees in the canal, along with many small lizards hanging out on the lanai and iguanas sunbathing on the sea walls.
The house is on a nice quiet street close to a boat ramp and park perfect for an evening puppy stroll. Great central location and on a main canal to see many boaters pass by.
We’re already talking about when we’ll return for a third visit!

Property was great, had a nice pleasant stay, everything was as advertised. The only drawback was because of the missing pool cage the pool was dirty. The pool service left a note saying it was cleaned but it wasn’t.

we know that the tenants want to have a very nice clean pool. But without the screen - the house lost them by the hurricane Ian - it is not possible to keep the pool clean like we want to have it.
First experience with a home rental through VRBO and the experience was exceptional! This home was beautiful with the living and entertaining part of the home facing a canal with pretty boats going up and down the canal with friendly people waving! Additionally, this home offered an abundance of amenities (screened-in pool, hot tub, and lanai; fishing in the canal). The three bedrooms and two baths were a perfect set up for our family with three adults and two children. It is in such a perfect location (centrally located) that allows you to get to other locations like Sanibel/Captiva, Ft. Myers Beach and even Naples and Marco Island for a drive within minutes up to an hour and we visited every location listed here. We never had an issues. The property manager was always quick to respond prior to our visit to answer any questions or whatnot and would always be available if there were issues! Upon our arrival to the home there was a booklet of instructions and helpful tips and fun locations to visit. The cupboards had everything you would need to cook. I cannot say enough about how amazing our time was in Cape Coral at this home. We will definitely be back to visit soon! Thank you kindly for allowing us to stay at such a beuatiful place.
The house was clean, comfortable and had everything one would need in a rental home. Brigitte was communicative with her needs for access. My only complaint is that the lanai was no longer there as it was destroyed by Ian and I did not know that until I arrived.

Sarah was down here at Cape Coral for disaster work. She was a hard working person. Six days the week from 7.00 AM in the morning to 7.00 PM in the evening. All time when I need to call her she was very nice and helpful for our needs to get access to the house.

Pleasant property manager, flaw in home cooking system.
Brigitte, the property manager, was very nice. My rental included a separate charge for actual electricity usage, which in theory is fine. However, it was impossible to cool the master bedroom, even in the shoulder season, a combination of inadequate location and size of registers, distance from the HVAC unit, and constant beating of the sun into the master bedroom, even with the privacy shades drawn. I had to run the AC day and night, just to get the master bedroom under 86 degrees Fahrenheit at night, which resulted in a $450 electric charge for two weeks. One other item to note, there is no lanai screen following Hurricane Ian, which I was not told until the day before checking in, and told I could cancel if that was a problem. But I had no where else to go. I wish managers would tell the truth about that upfront to manage expectations.

The pool cage screen at the house I am right now are hanging into the backyard. I am very sorry about the AC. Why didn't you call us and let us know? Then we could have taken care of it, couldn't we? Dear customer - call us with any questions or problems.
We arrive for the schedule reservation and the owners were staying at the property! They claim they were there to fixed the hurricane damage!! We were promised that our payment would be reimbursed.

I am sorry that it has come to this situation. Unfortunately, we did not have internet at that time in Cape Cape and also very limited telephone network.
The house was so clean and we absolutely loved the pool. Having the dock was also a great feature. The location is great, about 15 minutes to downtown fort myers. I highly recommend this rental to anyone!!

We had an exceptional stay. Very clean, had all the kitchen items, and very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, we lived in the pool, and had fun bopping around islands. Would stay here again!
Seeing the pictures of this property while I write this review makes me wish my family and I were still there! We had such a nice relaxing stay at this Cape Coral home. The house is beautiful and is well stocked with just about everything you would need including a well stocked kitchen to cook anything you would want. With 4 people we did end up getting more paper products, garbage bags and dishwasher tabs since we spent most our time relaxing by the pool. But this was expected and the house had plenty of everything else.
The house is pet friendly and our little dog really enjoyed spending time by the pool with us watching all the boats go by on the canal. We spent a majority of our time outside and there was plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, one night it was even cool enough to get the gas fire pit going.
We are already thinking about renting this very same house for a trip with my parents, this house would be very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids.
I and my family had a great stay at this house. The property is well located in quiet neighborhood. It's close to shops and short drive to Fort Myers beaches. The house was clean and well maintained. It also has great size pool. We enjoyed our stay there.
Overall we enjoyed our return to the Cape Coral area and the house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The split floor plan was good for our family and we lived outside the entire time! The kitchen had lots of dishes, cookware and appliance options, but no pantry staples. We had groceries and dinners delivered so we did not use the grill, but we did rent a boat and enjoyed every day out exploring on the water. The Boat House is our favorite outdoor dining!
A few things to consider when packing: the soaps that are provided are hotel size, so if you will be staying longer than two days you will need body soaps and shampoos, as well as laundry detergent. We also needed more trash bags than were provided, but used our grocery bags since we did not have a car to go to the store. The pool was not heated so we only used the hot tub. Additionally, for the first time in our VRBO experience, we had an additional fee for electric usage that was not evident in our rental agreement details so it came as a surprise two weeks later. I guess I shouldn't have done most of the linen laundry before we left.

The part with the electric was standing in the description from the house. After a call with vrbo - we get the message to write it in the
house rules. The renter has to accept the house rules with a click. We hope that it is now clear and easy for all new renters.
Well equipped with all you need. Great outdoor space with pool & spa, and canal access. Loved watching the boats go by!

We booked this property to get out of a colder climate for 2 weeks but due to the pandemic, planned to have a stay-cation to work remotely and do distance learning from FL. We wanted a property with amenities such as a heated pool we could use since we didn’t want to go out. The listing says “heated pool” under amenities. When we arrived, the binder on the kitchen counter had a section on the pool and said to contact them to have pool heat turned on. When I contacted the property manager to have the pool heat turned on, she told me that property didn’t have a heated pool. She claims I must have misread the VRBO listing (though I have a screen shot), blames the binder on the owners, and said I was told ahead of time the pool wasn’t heated. I wasn’t.
I asked a few questions before we booked. One was about which rooms have TVs. One was about what it cost to heat the pool. She told me the place had TVs in every bedroom and that for the pool heat, we just pay for the electricty used. A little while later she replied and said she gave us the wrong information about the TVs. There was actually only one in the living area and one in the master bedroom. She said she was thinking we had inquired about a different property. She never said anything about having given me incorrect information on my other questions.
When I contacted her to express my frustrations upon arrival, they never once apologized or offered to make amends. In fact, she was having a difficult time communicating with me so said her son would be back and look into it. We never heard back at all in the 12 days we stayed after that. The pool area with lanai is beautiful but too bad we paid for this rental for two weeks and couldn’t even enjoy it.
My other big criteria we had for booking a rental was that it had WiFi capable of handling 2 adults working remotely and 2 teens doing online school. I was assured in advance this wouldn’t be an issue. We had trouble with the WiFi the whole time. It got a little better after the first day because we took the matter into our own hands. We bought a 50 ft cable, moved the router from the back bedroom to the living area and disconnected the WiFi extender they had in the dining area. It did much better after that. We just had to restart the router a few times during our stay when it was lagging. Again, one of the only things we asked about and I feel like we were lied to because it definitely wasn’t reliable until we reconfigured on our own

Why you don’t tell us about the Problem with the Internet ? The Internet Speed from 300 Mb/s is enough for 4 + devices. We will send Comcast by to check the internet line and the modem. Sorry that I cant fix it in the time you stay. I only can apologize for the issues.
