Located in the historic garden district this home is perfectly situated within walking distance to City Park, LSU lakes, and Government St. restaurants and attractions, including the Electric Depot. It’s within 3 miles of LSU, Tiger Stadium and downtown. The street is peaceful and in a walkable neighborhood where you can be inspired by the older homes and beautiful oak trees.
