About this property

Make this fabulously located Mosman Park townhouse yours for your visit to Perth and you'll be spoilt for choice; with pristine beaches, Swan River, restaurants/cafes/bars, parks, train station and shopping center all in walking distance!

The space
Guests will have the entire townhouse to themselves for their stay.

Ground floor
- Undercover car bay located at the front door.
- You enter into the laundry area which has a washing machine, storage cupboard and sink.
- Kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for short or long term stays.
- Open plan dining and lounge area has a 4 seater dining table plus comfy 2 seater and 3 seater couches and a smart TV. This area has a reverse cycle air conditioner.
- Lounge opens onto a private sunny courtyard which has a 6 seater outdoor table. An undercover rack that can hold surf/paddle boards or shelter/lock bikes to.
- Staircase to first floor. Under the stairs is a shelf with a book exchange and board games.

First Floor
- Master bedroom has a king size bed and built in robe for storage. This bedroom also has reverse cycle air conditioning.
- In-between the bedrooms is a bathroom.
- The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a built in robe for storage. There is no air conditioner in this room but a portable evaporative cooler/fan is provided.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home.
Other things to note
- Single stair case from ground to first floor.
- As pictured balustrade on upstairs landing is not fully enclosed.
- If you require a high chair or portacot we provide these free of charge. Please give us at-least 48 hours notice to accommodate this request.
- Building in later stages of construction next door.

Comfy beds and close to Freo

We stayed the weekend as it was close to my kids' dance concert (which was far from home) but ended up having the most wonderful spontaneous staycation in Mosman Park/Freo. Such a beautiful little family townhouse. Very comfy and included all the homely amenities. Would stay here again.

Cute, comfy and cosy

The town house is a perfect little place get away with small family. It has a laundry and kitchen which are perfectly adequate. The bathroom and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Only warning would be while there is a car park it is not suitable for a large 4x4 so you may be street patking. The neighbourhood was very quite.

comfort and privacy

This property was so very pleasant.... the bed was really comfortable .... a. lovely sunny fully private and enclosed courtyard. I would definitely recommend for short stay .... I had everything I needed, close to beach and walking area for my puppy.
