Perfect home away from home for a family.
We had a great week long stay. Great space and kitchen. Bedrooms very nice and huge laundry. The two toilets was very convenient as was the separate TV room for the kids. If security screens on front and back doors and windows would have been able to sleep with breeze coming through instead of using aircon and fans. A few more teaspoons and at least one really good sharp knife for cutting would have been even more awesome. The teabags and loo paper and washing powder etc were great convenient extras. Lovely sheets and flurry crisp white towels. Thank you 😊
We will be back
We have stayed in this property numerous times and we will again. Comfortable place to stay and not too far from anything
Overall enjoyed the cute little house..lovely furnishings..awesome beds..but air conditioner old and inefficient was very cold inside no manhole cover inside didnt help with trying to keep warm..no lock on bathroom door and bathroom fan inefficient with steam drippimg down walls and belongings wet..also front and back doors left us feeling nervous about security locks flimsy we even moved cupboards up against doors at night to feel safer
As a full time professional host of over 20 short term rental properties spanning more than 12 years, I make every effort to ensure all guests are comfortable as my other reviews show.
Rest assured that your stay at Leisurely Manor will be enjoyable, the air conditioners work perfectly, there are suitable locks on all the doors and windows and of course there is a manhole cover.
A great house in a nice location
The boys loved their few days away in Fremantle. Thanks so much for having us.
Excellent property, so clean and tidy. Totally recommend it family and friends. Close to the restaurants in Fremantle. The owner is a delight to deal with.
Definitely stay again.
Great place to stay
Thank you for a great stay. The house was roomy and in a great location. It had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
A few things to see and do in Fremantle:
The oldest building still standing in Western Australia today is the twelve-sided Roundhouse. The first permanent building to have been built in the Swan River Colony in the late 1830s, this building offers stunning views over Bathers Beach and the Indian Ocean.
Holding a fascinating history built as a high-security prison by convicts, the Fremantle Prison is one of Western Australia’s most significant cultural attractions. Opened to the public in 1992, this building has since offered tours that will take you through the chambers and the history of this icon.
Fremantle Arts Centre
Originally built as a ‘lunatic’ asylum in Western Australia, the Fremantle Arts Centre offers residencies, exhibitions, live music and art courses for locals and tourists.
Fremantle’s legendary ‘Cappuccino Strip’ offers many outdoor cafes and restaurants for you to enjoy a locally brewed beer or Western Australian wine whilst people-watching.
Dating back to 1897, the Fremantle Markets have always served as a market, originating as a wholesale and produce market until the 1950s.
