Hi welcome to your Dominican paradise,

This 5 bedroom, all air conditioned, 4-1/2 Bathroom home is ready for your retreat/vacation. All you need to do is unpack, the country has been waiting for your arrival.

View pictures for a description of bedrooms. The bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities, dining table for 8, kitchen bar seating for 3. Speaker, washer, hot water, cable, plasma TV's in all bedrooms and living room, WiFi, gas grill. Sheets and towels will be changed every three day and house cleaned every three days. The house also has a safe for your valuables, armed security guards patrol the neighborhood, electric gate, intercom with monitor and interior parking for up to 5 vehicles. The house is very private and secluded by a high wall; tall tropical foliage add to the privacy. House is close to supermarkets and downtown Sosua with its great night life. 3 minute walk to semi-private playa laguna beach, 5 minute drive to the bustling public Sosua beach with all types of beach activities and 10 minute drive to Cabarete beach, with its night life and kite surfing. The house is perfect for families, singles, and groups looking to experience the best the Dominican north coast has to offer. You can pay using PayPal or credit card. We can arrange for airport pick-up and drop-off. I have very few rules and guests are welcome, just take physical care of the house inside and out.

Amazing Stay

Everything about our time here was great! Cristina was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! The house was perfect for our group, the rooms were super comfortable and the house was very secure. The back yard was great to relax in the pool and cook out on the grill! Definitely recommend staying here!

What a weekend

Big house (way bigger than I thought by the pictures), every room with an A/C, washer/dryer, big wireless speaker, very secluded area with gate and security. Big pool and jacuzzi also. Cris was very nice and helpful. We had 2 issues: the smell of the water early on (after a day and a half, the odor went away), and the master bedroom A/C was in and out (found out it was a circuit breaker issue) and Cris came over and helped my party with everything we needed. Will definitely book again when necessary!

It is close to all. Located between Sosua and Cabarete 3 minutes walk to semi private Laguna beach, 5 minute drive to central Sosua with it's great night life and beach, 10 minutes drive to Cabarete with its restaurants, clubs and kite surfing, 15 drive to Monkey Jungle and zip lining.
