Summary:

Consider a vacation rental equipped with all comforts of a private home having a good time with your family. We have a dazzling pool to enjoy the day and you can take advantage of the fact that Perla Marina beach is only 5 minutes from the property walking, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

-3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the house and 1 bedroom outside the house, each room with its air conditioning.

The Space:

Pearl House is in a gated community and is an excellent place to stay. It’s just at two minutes to the beach driving in Perla Marina. It has a big yard, a nice pool, confortable rooms.

Our kitchen is full equipment.



Guest Access:

Laundry and garage are not available because we have personal stuffs.

The yard and pool are private for our guest.



The Neighborhood:

Perla Marina is a Gated community, we have security at the entrance, there you can find some restaurants and a mini market that also has delivery. The beach is only 2 minutes away from our property. Perla Marina is a gated community and quiet neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Our property is 5 minutes away from the Main Street, whether you can find public transportation or private taxi.

Great Villa

Great villa. Exceeded our expectations. Loved the outdoor living spaces. Lot’s of room to spread out in the main house and the fourth bedroom in the guest house was very cool. We’d stay here again without hesitation. We have rented houses/villa before in DR and this was the best. Tim Turks and Caicos

I was very impressed. The floors were so clean I wanted to eat off of them. Yes it is 4 bedrooms . The master bed rood is huge with a big bathroom and a jacuzzi. The property is so big you can have a soccer tournament on it. The landscape was magnificent. The property managers were great. They spoke English welI. I was not familiar with restaurants around the area and they gave me a list of all the venues that delivered. The wifi signal was so strong. There's a small grocery store located close to the house also.I could call them anytime and they always answered. I fell in love with the place. I felt great staying there. I felt safe. It felt more like home. The security guards were really friendly. All of my friends could have visited me with no problem. I had to take the time out and give this Villa a great view. I stayed at many for years and this is one of the best ones.
