Hillside seclusion

Secluded property with beautiful mature landscape. Very private. Clean and updated! Only downside is not all bedrooms are accessible from main house level. Something to consider if traveling with littles! All the needed comforts of home. Game room was a bonus!

Amazing 4 days in St. John

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. Secluded and beautiful nature around you. The house is beautiful as well and has all the amenities you need. James was also a great host and provided fresh food for us. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again in the future. Thank you James!

St. John spring break

The property had lots of space for the price, a very quiet location but still convenient for getting to the beaches, and all the basics needed for our stay. Our check-in person was extremely accommodating with our late arrival, meeting us in town, leading us to the house, and going over everything we needed to know for the house. The welcome basket was also highly appreciated. Overall a great stay. Small notes - there wasn't much living room furniture and what was there wasn't too comfortable, and the kitchen could have been better stocked. But we were able to make do, making many meals.

Great first stay in St John

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Fish Bay at Villa de Paz. The kids love the pool and we loved the quiet neighborhood. It was one way in and one way out so if you’re going to spend a lot of time in town just know that you’re going to always head back out that way. We stayed all on one level (just know if you have kids the unit is connected by exterior stairs). Loved having my coffee and listening to the birds each morning. Property is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscape. Bonus was free weights and yoga mat in the closet!
