Private home with whole-house GENERATOR. The top floor offers a large open floor plan w/ a bedroom, outdoor entertainment area, two dining areas, living room, and a pool. The second room is located on the lower level, accessed by an outdoor stairwell. This is a dead-end road, the second-to-last house on the street. This quiet, relaxing location is the perfect getaway. BBQ in the outdoor kitchen with your family and friends, relax inthe pool while watching the sunset skies over the ocean views. Your home is completely turnkey.
