We booked this spot as a way to check out Anna Maria island for the first time. The room was clean and cozy with a pretty view of the marina. It was pretty far from island but was still doable. If visiting this area I would recommend this condo

A room with an excellent view!

I had a lovely week staying here, its so refreshing to be water-side 24/7 with a great balcony to take in the breeze right outside the room. Everything was perfect, the room was immaculate, the location could not be better, the onsite bar/restaurant with a full menu is great (and they have live music on the wknds), and the host is the absolute best! This place met my needs 100% and then some. I will definitely be staying again!

The facility is an older structure but looks like they are continuously updating and maintaining. Landscaping was well maintained, and the outdoor saltwater pool was exceptionally clean. Staff was great and the food at the Tiki Bar was surprisingly good!. My wife and I will more than likely return.

Ignoring the marina damage from the hurricane, this an excellent location to sit on the balcony, listen to the music from the tiki bar and relax with a favorite beverage. Suggestion for future is to supply dish soap and dish cloth and towel. The price was right for this location.

The apartment was fantastic with a great view of the waterfront. It had everything would need. The facilities were great and the Tiki bar located on the grounds was good. My husband and I were visiting Florida for a wedding and needed a one night stay in Sarasota. This was the perfect place! The host was great with communication, responded in a very timely manner, and answered all our questions. Our stay was very relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony, the food and music as well! It was also nice watching the planes fly over going to the airport. The bed was very cozy and comfortable, everything in excellent shape, and spotless!!! The pictures show you exactly what you get.
