About this property

No traffic lines to wait in as we are less than a mile from Palisades Tahoe ski resort and across the street from the bike/walking path. Our lovely home is spacious, bright two levels, and 5 plus bedrooms. Featuring vaulted ceilings in the living room, a large sunny kitchen/dining room and a hot tub room with Mountain Views. Perfect retreat for one or two families.
The main level features an entry room, a sunny open living room, a large kitchen and dining room, and a room with a hot tub. There are also two queen bedrooms and full bath on this level..
Upstairs are three more queen bedrooms all with their own vanity. There is also a bunk bedroom and full bath on this level.
Sorry but this is not a pet friendly property.
Too many of our guests are allergic to pets.

I’ve been renting various properties on and off for over 30 years in San Francisco, Napa, and Tahoe. We take very good care of our properties. Our Olympic Valley home was been rented every winter since 1990. Sometimes I have used a property management company and sometimes I manage it myself.

Why they chose this property

Tahoe is a great location for winter and summer sports. Skiing, snowshoeing, snow boarding and cross country skiing, sledding and skating are all available nearby. Golf, a bike and walking path, shopping and restaurants are across the street or less than a mile away.
