Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Place was very dirty. Photos on the Expedia listing didn’t match the property. Whole building was dirty and smelly. The unit itself was clearly not vacuumed and cleaned before our arrival. Basically, there was dirt on the carpet and floor that wouldn’t have been there if a vacuum cleaner and mop were used. There was some water leak, which appeared to be coming from where the a/c unit was that we brought to the host’s attention immediately but was never addressed. It made the carpet wet the whole time and the whole unit smell like a wet dirty rag. Would not rent again.
