The property is in “Old Cheyenne” and is part of a historic structure, located just three blocks from Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and within walking distance to downtown restaurants, amenities, and the State Capitol, and Cheyenne Frontier Day Parades. Take time to stroll over to the Historic Governor’s Mansion, just two blocks away.

Sara seemed like a sweet, intelligent young woman. There was damage to our place that was not disclosed and surprised us.
Mother’s initial response to damage was hostile, ultimately, mother paid for damages. Would not rent to Sara (her mother was paying for the stay) again.
