Our condo features a 1st floor Master Bedroom with attached bathroom and a King size bed.

This condo offers a King size bed in the master bedroom plus another king size bed in the second bedroom plus a California King Size bed in the third bedroom plus a sleep sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 6-8 guests.

You are allowed 2 parking spaces for a 3 Bedroom condo on this property.

Our condo is more like a home than your average beach hotel / condo. Each bedroom has its own TV. The second bedroom has another king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a California King,

We are also just a couple minutes' drive to many of the most popular activities and attractions the area has to offer.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the parking lot, walkways and the front door. There are no cameras permitted within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo – designated areas only.
• No pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a maximum of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos, up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos and 3-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In with the off-site manager using a valid matching ID showing they are 25 or older. The manager will provide you with your room keys and a parking pass if required. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes for 3-bedroom condos on this property. Extra parking passes are not available. You must register your car(s) with the manager – make, model, color & license plate #. Please be sure to leave all parking passes and door access cards on the kitchen counter on your departure.

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, extra amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our rates competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/children in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/children in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
