About this property

The 70m2 house is private and has 3 floors.
The first flat was re-designed to accommodate a modern open kitchen – living room setting for convenience a mini kitchen, toilet and dinner table.

The second floor has one queen bed, two single beds, one air conditioning, a worktable, and a wardrobe.

The third floor has a bathroom and the room has a queen bed, air conditioning, one sofa, a wardrobe, and a coat rack. Both toilets have been modernized for guests’ hygiene and comfort.

Hot and Cold Water and a Heating system for the whole house are available in the winter.

A washing machine, Free Wi-Fi, two irons, and a TV are available in the house.

The street is also very quiet, commercial, and easily located.

Außen super, Innen Schrott.

Die Umgehung des Objekts war super und man konnte alles zügig erreichen. Aber innen hat es gestunken und auch auf Nachfrage und einen Besuch der Vermieterin konnte es nicht behoben werden. Eine Dusche war zudem zu wenig für ein Haus was für 6 Personen vermietet wird. Das Wohnzimmer hatte eine Couch für 2 Personen zu bieten. Zu 6 im Wohnzimmer.. keine Chance. Hier würde ich nicht wieder buchen, aber im gleichen Stadtteil schon. In der Küche lagen Haare auf der Arbeitsfläche und nahezu jedes Geschirr war schmutzig. Die Betten waren von allen Dingen als einige in Ordnung.
