--------Guests that book agree to the following house rules and fees--------

- Only registered guests are allowed. Every person in your group must be included in the guest numbers when you book your reservation. This is a gated community. Guest count will be sent to security which must match your booking to ensure smooth access.

- Guests must report any missing or damaged items/property within 24 hours of arrival. Guests will be charged for any missing, lost, and/or damaged items or damage to property at owner's discretion. If you break something, please let us know immediately.

- Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purposes.

- Please refrain from eating in bedrooms.

- There are no lifeguards on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. There's plenty of outdoor space. Ashtrays are provided.

- Yoga mat, beach chairs, and cooler are in guest storage.

- We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish detergent.

OUTAGES: Occasionally we experience outages which are beyond our control; power, water, and internet. There's backup water supply on premises. No refund will be provided or credit applied. Guests have the option of canceling their reservation of unused nights.
