A fully stocked kitchen with granite counters that connects to the dining room and living room all open up to one of the balconies and the two largest rooms have their own private balcony for two. Mediterranea rests right across the street from 497 ft of unobstructed and deeded beach access all for the enjoyment of Mediterranea’s fortunate guests. The happy temporary residents of this Destin beach condo will also enjoy underground parking, tennis courts, a fitness center and a clubhouse. Plus, the pool deck and hot tub are at the center of the beautiful green lawn and attractive tropical landscaping which will make for hours of sunny bliss by the pool or playing Frisbee on the lawn. During Spring Break and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. All other times there is a 3 night minimum. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
