What a great condo! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The unit had everything we needed. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Washer and dryer were enormous! Master bed was so comfortable. Thanks again!!

Excellent spacious unit for our family to kick back after long days at the beach. Easy access to beach right across the street with private entrance and designated beach space. We will be coming to this unit for sure!

Home Away From Home

We have been staying at the Mediterranea for 14 years now every June for a family reunion. We also have our own property in the same area. This particular unit was beautiful, had a comfortable home away from home feel, and met our every need plus more. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in the area. If you want to avoid crowded beaches, but still have everything at your fingertips, this is the place to stay. It’s perfect for adults, families, and even families with teens. We will never stay anywhere else!

Mike and Emily’s wedding

First off…this is our absolute favorite property in Destin. We have been coming to Destin at least once every year for the past 25 years and Mediterranea is such a wonderful, relaxing spot. Our host, Rebecca Henson deserves 5 stars by herself as she is ALWAYS attentive and engaged with any questions that may arise. The only negative to our last trip was that it came to an end, but it has just started the countdown to when we return! Thank you for a memorable wedding experience for my bride and me! Can’t wait to get back to paradise!

Great condo

Loved this condo. Very spacious and beautiful decor. Everything you need is there. Beds are comfy, even the pullout couch. Air cywill freeze you out and hot water is super hot. Pool or hot tub was not cleaned our entire stay and hot tub jets didn’t work despite being told they would be fixed. Not this property owners fault but I know they have fees that renters are charged and I would expect a little better up keeping of these things. Overall great vacation and hope to return next year

Last time staying in disappointing Mediterranea 408C VRBO not recommended

Our family has stayed the last 3 years here No improvements in old furniture old Wi-Fi setup etc Ample dish wear & utensils , fridge & freezer ok -Ice maker didn’t work. Did have new washer Needs more room rugs Cleaning crew did a very basic job -however skimpy on bathroom supplies Also no kitchen dishwasher one small dried up tiny packaged soap We Left what we brought for those supplies for next renter ` but does the cleaner tak it home for themselves? Booked for next year Paid damage & insurance But got a call a few days later from owner and said sorry owners booked it week we wanted next year- even your sight said it was available We had to call to cancel damage & rental insurance on our own No courtesy from management We found a much better managed place at the Mediterranea and cheaper!!

The floors were not clean. The rugs were so dirty. The tile could not have been mopped in weeks. Our feet were black by the end of day one. I had to scrub the big jet tub. The stuff that came out of the jets was disgusting. This unit is extremely nice and has beautiful furnishings but it needs a deep deep clean. Make sure you take extra garbage bags. You only get one or two. But the view is exceptional. The pool water is hot it’s not very refreshing at the end of a hot day on the beach. It’s cleans and a nice area but the water is like bath water. I would stay here again. It just needs a few minor adjustments. I do recommend a deep clean by the owners.

Beautifully appointed condo. 2 minute walk to private beach.

Beautiful, clean condominium. Updated kitchen and laundry appliances. Spectacular beach views from every bedroom. 2 minute walk to private beach. Particularly enjoyed having a beach umbrella and chairs set up for us every morning. Highly recommend this condominium!
