Bay Bliss welcomes you with a front porch and chairs to relax, watch the kiddos play and swim in the pool, or enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sunrise. Open the front door to a shiplap dream! Ceiling and walls of coastal shiplap, tile floors, fun and comfortable beach-inspired furniture, and decor - you will immediately feel the vacation experience the owner has worked hard to provide for those who visit Bay Bliss!

The living area has 2 sofa chairs and 1 sleeper sofa, along with a large flat-screen TV. The open concept allows the family/friends to gather with plenty of seating, while relaxing or cooking meals in the well-stocked kitchen, or dining on a beautiful coastal dining table and chairs.

Relax comfortably in the 3 bedrooms. 1 King Bedroom features an Ensuite Bathroom and walk-in closet, along with a flat-screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin over full and a twin trundle. It also has a closet and TV. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. And, there is 2nd full bathroom in the hallway.

Enjoy convenient parking and amenities at Bay Bliss! Many vacation rentals in Port A have 2 parking places; Bay Bliss has 3 parking spots - 2 tandem parking spots on the left side of the house, and 1 assigned parking spot in the parking lot. There is also a small space near the front porch area where you can park a golf cart. A full-size, stackable washer & dryer is available for guest use in the hall laundry closet as well, making cleanup a breeze.

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

- There two steps required to get inside the home.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
