Room 15 - The Boattail. This luxurious ground floor guest room has an entry area off of the main courtyard. The suite is comfortably furnished for up to 4 guests with 2 queen-sized beds. The private bathroom is beautifully outfitted with a tub and shower. Take a dip at the largest pool on Folly Beach or spend some time in the surf with beach access only 1 block away. Amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, smart TV, and free WIFI. Book today for lifelong beach memories!

Room is strictly non-smoking! Pet friendly with $125 + tax fee. Max 1 pet. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Please note this unit comes with 1 parking pass only. Occupancy cannot exceed 4 guests. Daily housekeeping is not provided. Housekeeping cleans prior to and after your stay.

**On October 25th, we will be hosting a Family Friendly Trick or Treat, starting at 2:00-4:00pm. This event will take place at the Folliday Inn by the event space.

Very nice, but parking is not convenient

Only downside is that our specific room did not come with a parking space. Wish the listing provided suggestions for parking lots. Had to pay a lot in total for parking over our stay.
