Room 34 - The Ariston. Luxurious guest room located on the second floor with entry from a covered porch. Furnished with a queen-sized bed. All of our deluxe guest rooms have beautifully outfitted private baths with a tub and shower. Take a dip at the largest pool on Folly Beach or spend some time in the surf with beach access only 1 block away. Amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, smart TV, and free WIFI. Book today for lifelong beach memories! Updated soundproofing for a peaceful stay!

Room is strictly non-smoking. Pet friendly with $125 + tax fee. Max 1 pet! One parking pass provided. Must be 21 years old or older to rent. Occupancy cannot exceed 2 guests. No onsite laundry

Nice clean property, little small but good for two people. A little noisy when neighbors turn shower on and front door not sealed well so it was also noisy when people walked through common area. But great location 100 yards from Main Street, walking distance to everything

Nice, affordable room near the beach. Small but quaint. Had smell outside of our door, I think it was an outside garbage can in a common area that hadn't been emptied. We had several palmetto bugs that got in our room. I suppose that is unavoidable in this area. Wall unit air conditioning did not keep up with need in hot summer. Walkable to many dining options. Friendly locals. Overall enjoyed the stay.
