All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

**There are 2 total units on site, all rented to vacationing guests. All entrances and spaces are private. Additionally the basement is for housekeeping staff only and has a separate entrance**

-Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. There is an additional one time $50 fee that applies to guests who travel with pets, otherwise the stay with the pet was unauthorized. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
