-Noise is a big deal in Savannah. The City Ordinance states that a sound can't be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume.

-Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests. This is also to comply with the City of Savannah Noise Ordinance. It is our main concern that you truly enjoy your visit to Savannah. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance.

-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.

-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Smoking will incur a $250 fine.

Savannah stay

Great location, very clean, comfortable bed, great local suggestion. Our host was extremely good in communicating with us. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Great location in Savannah

This was located at a great spot: out of the way, but still in reasonable walking distance of both the historical district and the Forsyth area. The garage parking was also a very welcome perk! It's worth mentioning that the garage entrance is tight, though. It took a little patience to maneuver my Subaru Outback into it. Anything much larger will likely struggle. Still, I would highly recommend this as a stay!
